Handicraft work at the open-air museum Zeiteninsel

The Zeiteninsel in Weimar-Argenstein is an archaeological open-air museum that is currently being built. We are looking for support in the construction of smaller and larger building projects as well as help with site maintenance. For example, volunteers can do woodwork on the construction of doors or shutters for the reconstructed houses or build walls in wattle and daub construction. Volunteers should enjoy doing manual work and teamwork. Those interested in archeology are also very welcome.  
The Zeiteninsel is offering a beautiful working environment with unusual activities, you come in contact with various other volunteers, you will be insured and you can take part in free training courses and get reduced admission to events.
Time frame: depending on the project, about 4 hours of work, construction projects also longer, for example a whole weekend.
